Brand catalogs or look books were the primary way that clothing brands sold their products to retail shops until the internet took over in the 2000s.  Before the internet, retail shops had to either go to industry trade shows, like Action Sports Retail show, Magic, 432F, or Agenda to see new brands or place orders.  Brands would send catalogs to existing retail shops or cold call shops they wanted to be in using them as sales tools.  Sometimes, brands would even fax their catalogs to the shops.  The shops would typically call their rep to place an order from the catalog and then wait for the orders to arrive COD via UPS.  Here is our collection of Streetwear Catalogs.
